1. Thermal Simulation Capability

 

Precise Thermal Management, Unleashing the Full Lifespan Potential of Batteries

 

In the new energy sector, thermal management is the core determinant of battery performance, safety and lifespan. We boast an industry-leading multi-physics thermal simulation system that goes far beyond basic heat dissipation design, with a core focus on simulating full-scenario thermal behavior.

 

· Multi-dimensional Modeling & Validation: Leveraging CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) technology, we build 3D thermal models covering battery cell interiors, battery packs (PACK) and entire vehicle systems. Combined with electrochemistry-thermal coupling simulation, we accurately predict thermal distribution under different charge-discharge rates and ambient temperatures.

· Extreme Working Condition Adaptation: For fast charging scenarios and high-load operation of energy storage systems, we prioritize simulating the trigger of thermal runaway and the blocking process of thermal propagation. By optimizing heat dissipation paths and applying phase change materials, we ensure stable system operation in the ambient temperature range of -30 to 60, effectively suppressing thermal diffusion and safeguarding the safety baseline.

· Industry Comparative Advantages: Unlike conventional thermal management solutions, our simulation capability not only addresses heat dissipation, but also commits to temperature equalization and thermal insulation. Through fluid-structure interaction design and flow-induced vibration analysis, we control the temperature difference between battery cells within an extremely narrow range, thus slowing down cell degradation and improving the cycle life of the entire system.

2. BMS Capability

 

Super Brain BMS (Battery Management System) – The Intelligent Decision-Making Core of Batteries

 

Our self-developed BMS system has evolved into a "Super Brain" platform with deep learning capabilities. It is more than a simple monitoring tool, but the core of battery prediction and decision-making.

· High-precision Sensing & Algorithms: Adopting automotive-grade dedicated chips (ASIL-D functional safety level), we realize synchronous high-precision sampling of voltage, current and insulation resistance. Our core SOX algorithm elevates the accuracy of battery state estimation to a new level, maintaining ultra-high SOC (State of Charge) precision even for new batteries, aged batteries and different chemical systems (e.g., LFP lithium iron phosphate, ternary lithium).

· Full-scenario Compatibility: Our BMS features exceptional compatibility, flexibly adapting to voltage platforms from 12V start-stop power supplies to 800V high-voltage systems, and applications ranging from electric vehicles to 100MWh-level energy storage containers. Beyond energy management, it significantly improves the usable capacity and cycle life of batteries through intelligent balancing strategies.

3. Structural Design Capability

 

Precision Structural Design, Forging System-Level Robustness and Efficiency

 

Excellent structural design serves as the bridge connecting chemical systems and engineering applications. We are committed to achieving higher space utilization and reliability through ultimate mechanical and electrical integrated design.

· Integration of Lightweight & High Strength: Utilizing topology optimization technology, we perform structural topology on battery enclosures, module brackets and other key components. On the premise of meeting vibration, mechanical shock (per GB/T 2423 and other national standards) and collision safety requirements, we realize an extreme lightweight design. We extensively adopt high-strength composite materials and profiles to increase modal frequency and avoid the risk of vehicle resonance.

· High-Voltage Safety & Integrated Design: Proficient in the layout of high and low voltage circuits and copper busbar design, we optimize creepage distance and electrical clearance for 1500V high-voltage energy storage systems to ensure superior insulation performance. Meanwhile, modular design (e.g., detachable design of CSU sampling modules) greatly improves assembly efficiency and maintenance convenience.

· Environmental Adaptability: For outdoor energy storage applications, our structural design prioritizes protection grade above IP67 and anti-corrosion & anti-salt spray capabilities. Through precise structural simulation, we ensure the product maintains mechanical integrity and functional stability under harsh environments such as high and low temperature alternation, high humidity and sand dust.

4. Other Comprehensive Capabilities

 

System Integration & Test Verification – Building a Safe Closed Loop from R&D to Commercialization

 

In addition to the three core technologies, we have built a complete one-stop solution capability to ensure the perfect commercialization of technologies.

· PV-ESS-Charging-Discharging Microgrid Integration: We have the top-level design capability to integrate photovoltaic, energy storage, charging piles and V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid) technologies. Through the intelligent energy management platform (EMS), we realize peak shaving and valley filling, demand control and virtual power plant frequency regulation response, maximizing users' energy revenue.

· Full-chain Test Verification Platform: In accordance with CNAS national laboratory standards, we have established a full-chain test system covering material level, cell level and system level. It includes more than 200 test items, such as fire, water immersion, nail penetration and other extreme safety tests. Every product undergoes rigorous aging and screening before delivery to ensure zero-defect delivery.

· Digital Factory & Full Lifecycle Services: Relying on the MES (Manufacturing Execution System), we realize digital traceability of the entire production process. Meanwhile, we have built an online battery health monitoring platform, providing customers with full lifecycle management services from project consultation, on-site commissioning to post-operation maintenance and echelon recycling.
