1. Product Overview
This perovskite photovoltaic module series includes four types: single-junction, tandem, flexible, and semi-transparent. It is suitable for industrial and commercial power stations, building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV), residential rooftops, portable devices, photovoltaic-storage-charging demonstration projects and other scenarios.
Core advantages include high power generation efficiency, excellent low-light performance, flexible form factors, and light weight. It can be seamlessly integrated into existing photovoltaic systems without additional modification.
The core technology meets cutting-edge industry standards, with leading conversion efficienc
y and stability. The flexible module uses a PET flexible substrate; the semi-transparent module balances light transmittance and power generation efficiency by adjusting perovskite composition; the tandem module breaks efficiency limits through optimized structure design; the single-junction module adopts laser scribing to improve light utilization.
All technologies align with large-scale industrial manufacturing trends. Perovskite module industrialization is steadily progressing, with 100-megawatt pilot lines already shipping modules. The conversion efficiency of tandem modules has exceeded 27%.
All modules have passed full IEC 61215 reliability testing, with outstanding performance in damp heat (DH) and thermal cycle (TC) tests, reaching advanced industry stability levels.
