System architecture and functions
Evolisun 125KW/261KWh energy storage system is a comprehensive energy storage system that integrates battery modules, management units, power conversion systems, fire protection systems, and thermal management. It is designed to store electrical energy during surplus supply and discharge it during peak demand or power shortages.

Electrical Energy Storage and Bidirectional Conversion
1. Core Energy Storage & Power Conversion Function
- Equipped with high-quality lithium iron phosphate battery cells, with a rated energy of 261KWh and a rated power of 125KW, which can store electric energy efficiently and stably, realizing the conversion between electric energy storage and release.
2. Efficient Liquid-Cooled Temperature Control Function
- Adopt advanced liquid-cooled temperature control technology, which can accurately control the internal temperature of the cabinet (control range: 15℃-35℃), ensuring the stable operation of battery cells in the optimal temperature range.
3. Intelligent Monitoring & Management Function
- Integrated BMS (Battery Management System) and EMS (Energy Management System), which can real-time monitor the voltage, current, temperature, SOC (State of Charge), SOH (State of Health) and other parameters of each battery cell.
- Support remote monitoring and operation, and the user can check the operating status of the cabinet, adjust parameters and receive fault alarms through the background system, realizing unattended operation.
4. Multi-Level Safety Protection Function
- Equipped with multi-level safety protection measures, including overcharge protection, over-discharge protection, over-current protection, short-circuit protection, over-temperature protection, under-temperature protection, etc., to avoid safety accidents caused by abnormal battery operation.
- Integrated fire-fighting system (such as fire extinguisher, temperature-sensing smoke detector), which can quickly respond to fire hazards and minimize losses.
- The cabinet body made from high-strength corrosion-resistant materials, which is durable and suitable for long-term outdoor operation.
adopts IP54 protection level, which has good dustproof and waterproof performance, and can adapt to harsh outdoor and industrial environments.
5. Integrated Design & Easy Installation
- Adopt integrated design, integrating battery, PCS, BMS, EMS, liquid-cooled system and fire-fighting system into one cabinet, which has compact structure, small floor area and beautiful appearance.Standardized interface design, convenient for on-site installation, debugging and maintenance, reducing the construction cycle and cost.

Modular Scalability
Scalable for project from 261KWh to 20MWh system with 6000 cycle life of system use span.
Industrial and commercial peak shaving and valley filling: store electric energy during valley periods (low electricity price) and release electric energy during peak periods (high electricity price), reducing enterprise electricity costs.
Photovoltaic/wind power supporting: store the surplus electric energy generated by photovoltaic/wind power, solve the problem of grid connection instability caused by intermittent new energy power generation, and improve the utilization rate of new energy.
Backup power supply: provide emergency power supply for important loads (such as factories, hospitals, shopping malls) when the power grid fails, ensuring the normal operation of equipment.
Microgrid energy storage: used in microgrid systems, realizing energy balance and stable operation of the microgrid.
