    The Evolisun EVO-MES-05P3135 is a high-power mobile energy storage system combining automotive-grade 314 Ah prismatic lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells with modular power conversion system (PCS) technology. With a total storage capacity of 3.135 MWh and a rated output power of 1.5 MW, the system is purpose-built for vehicle-mounted mobile deployments, delivering stable 400 V three-phase four-wire AC power. It is ideally suited for off-grid applications including remote areas without utility access, emergency response operations, and large-scale outdoor worksites.


    ✓ Automotive-grade 314 Ah LFP prismatic cells - high cell-to-cell consistency, low internal resistance, and excellent thermal dissipation. Each cell has passed automotive-grade vibration and shock qualification tests, fully meeting the demanding requirements of vehicle-mounted mobile environments.


    ✓ Modular string-inverter architecture - each PCS independently manages a dedicated battery string, completely eliminating the inter-string circulating currents inherent in traditional centralised topologies, and significantly improving both usable capacity and cycle life.


    ✓ Superior V/F control capability - supports 100% three-phase unbalanced loads, fully compatible with 400 V off-grid three-phase four-wire output configurations.


    ✓ Three-tier BMS architecture with comprehensive multi-layer protection: over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, overtemperature, under-temperature, and insulation fault detection - ensuring safe and reliable operation under all conditions.


    ✓ Intelligent liquid cooling system - approximately 30% more energy-efficient than conventional forced-air cooling; maximum temperature differential across the megawatt-class battery array is limited to just 3–7 °C.


    ✓ Automatic fire detection and suppression system with audible and visual alarms, fire hydrant connection points, and dedicated water-based firefighting pipework; explosion-proof lighting; and an electronic access control system.


    ✓ Remote monitoring system - operators can track real-time operating data of all battery packs within the combiner cabinet from a central control room.


    ✓ Outdoor-rated design - IP55 ingress protection, robust environmental adaptability across a wide operating temperature range.
